JSB1000クラスのレース１はウォームアップラップ中にハイサイドで1台が転倒しスタートディレイが宣告され、1周減の９周で争われた。
ホールショットは３番手からスタートした高橋巧(MuSASHi RT ハルク・プロ)。２番手は加賀山就臣(Team KAGAYAMA)、ポールポジションからスタートした中須賀克行(YAMAHA FACTORY RACING TEAM)は３番手で最初の１周を終える。
2番手からスタートした津田拓也(ヨシムラスズキシェルアドバンス)は出遅れ1周目５番手まで順位を落とすが３周目のシケインで加賀山を、６周目には渡辺一樹(Team GREEN)を交わし３番手まで浮上。
中須賀は2周目の１コーナーで前を行く加賀山をパスし、130R手前でトップを走る高橋をパス、あっという間にトップに浮上すると後続をぐんぐん引き離し2位と3.734のギャップを作る完璧なレース展開で優勝、JSB1000クラスで誰も成し得なかった4連覇を達成し、６度目のチャンピオンを獲得した。
ファイナルラップは前を行く高橋とテールトゥノーズの激しいバトルを展開し、ストレートで速さを魅せる津田がバックストレッチで高橋をパスし2位となった。
レース1を終えランキング3位に浮上した渡辺とランキング3位から4位に順位を落とした野左根航汰（YAMALUBE RACING TEAM)の2人がランキング3位をかけて戦う事になりレース2も目が離せないレースになるだろう。
