今年も12月6日にツインリンクもてぎで開催される「Honda Racing THANKS DAY 2015」にマクラーレン・ホンダでドライブするフェルナンド・アロンソが参加することが明らかになった。
毎年シーズンエンドに国内外で活躍するホンダのドライバー・ライダーが出演するファンイベント。アロンソの他にインディカーで活躍中の佐藤琢磨や、2輪からはMotoGPのマルク・マルケス、ダニ・ペドロサの参加も決まっており、例年になく盛り上がる1日となりそうだ。もちろん、国内で活躍するドライバー・ライダーも参加予定。登場マシンやイベントプログラムについてはまだ未定となっており、今季仕様のマクラーレン・ホンダのマシンが登場するかどうかは現段階では不明だ。
また、この発表はジェンソン・バトンのチーム残留決定前に出されたものであり、今後バトンも追加される可能性もありそうだ。

イベントの入場料金は前売りで大人（高校生以上）が2,000円、中学生以下は大人同伴に限り無料。なお前売りチケットの発売は10月17日（土）10時00分から販売開始となる。
